Insert isolators (p/n 55275466AA) into the hole/slots of the number 2 and 3 cross members on the 6.5 ft. box or the number 3 and 4 cross members
on the 8 ft. box (cross members counted from front to back) as shown in Figure 2. Each cross member requires installation of two isolators in the
outermost hole/slot of the cross member (Figure 3).

NOTE: 

TO MAKE INSTALLATION EASIER, INSERT A PHILLIPS SCREWDRIVER INTO THE HOLE OF THE ISOLATOR AND PUSH THE
ISOLATOR BUTTON INTO THE HOLE/SLOT OF THE CROSS MEMBER UNTIL THE ISOLATOR IS FULLY SEATED.

7.

Lower the cargo box back onto the vehicle's frame and secure the box with new bolts (p/n 06503298) and tighten to 54 N.m (40 ft. lbs).

8.

Install the fuel filler neck onto the cargo box and attach the adapter to the cargo box with the screws.

9.

Close fuel fill door.
